Jennifer Sullivan joined Brokers Title in 2020 as a receptionist and has since advanced into a key role within the company. She now plays a vital part in both the opening and Post-Closing processes of real estate transactions. Jennifer is responsible for initiating new files and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place to move each transaction forward smoothly. After closing, she manages a wide range of Post-Closing duties, including disbursing checks, documents and ensuring timely delivery of both owners & lender policies.
